Week of Italian Cuisine in Ho Chi Minh City 2024 – Honoring Italy’s Rich Culinary Heritage 
As part of the Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World event series, Italian Cuisine Week in Ho Chi Minh City will take place from November 18 to November 24, 2024. In particular, with the desire to spread and honor Italian cuisine in many places in Vietnam, the event will be held in 4 major cities: Da Lat, Da Nang, Nha Trang and Ho Chi Minh City. The event is organized in the form of a unique Gastro/Vespa Tour. Cooperating with leading Italian restaurants and talented chefs to introduce the diversity and artistry of Italian cuisine.
With the theme “Mediterranean Diet and Recipes from our Roots: Health and Tradition”. The event aims to convey and honor the healthy eating method containing many plants (fish, vegetables, tubers, fruits, beans and whole grains) of the “Mediterranean Diet” – a scientific, healthy way of eating originating from traditional foods imbued with the Mediterranean culture of Italy.
