MASTERCLASS IN NHA TRANG ON PIZZA, PASTA AND GELATO AS OPENING EVENT OF THE ITALIAN CUISINE WEEKS IN VIETNAM

Nha Trang, November 12, 2020 – First event of the Italian Cuisine Weeks in Vietnam.

Masterclass for f&b practitioners in the beautiful touristic destination of Nha Trang on different types of pasta, pizza and gelato, with wine pairings and exhibition of authentic Italian Italian products and equipments.

Thanks to the captivating ability of chef Manuel Reale and gelato-maker Duong Dang Thành and the passionate knowledge of wine experts Jean Guzun and Rio Luong.
