As part of its naval deployment in the Indo-Pacific, the Italian Navy ship Giovanni delle Bande Nere will also visit Vietnam, where it will make a port call from 16 to 20 September at Nha Rong Port in Ho Chi Minh City.
During its stay in port, the naval vessel – named after the Italian Renaissance condottiero Ludovico di Giovanni de’ Medici, commonly known as Giovanni delle Bande Nere – will be open to the public for visits on the following days and at the following times:
- Thursday, 17 September, from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.;
- Friday, 18 September, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.;
- Saturday, 19 September, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
