HCMC, April 15, 2021 – Harmonization with international standards, integration into global value chains, digitalization, challenges and opportunities for Italian companies in Vietnam. These were the main topics discussed during the webinar on the new law proposal on the protection of personal data in Vietnam, promoted by the D’Andrea & Partners law firm and by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (ICHAM).
The webinar was opened by Consul General Dante Brandi, who illustrated the philosophy of the data protection regime in force in the European Union and the objectives of progressive integration and inspiration that the Vietnamese proposals appear to draw from it.
