THE EXTRAORDINARY ITALIAN TASTE TO CELEBRATE THE WORLD CHAÎNE DAY

HCMC, April 24, 2021 – One of the oldest gastronomy brotherhoods in the world, the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, celebrated its annual anniversary in Vietnam, the World Chaine Day, with an extraordinary tasting of Italian food and wine.

Co-hosted by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, Baillage du Viêt Nam and the Consulate General of Italy, the events offered to the many guests (experts and journalists in the sector, members of the brotherhood, personalities from the business world who love good food), the opportunity to taste a great variety of Italian specialties, prepared by the talented chef Alessio Rasom, with a solid experience in award-winning kitchens around the world and now at the helm of the El Peck restaurant in Danang.

To accompany the dishes of chef Alessio, representative of the different Italian regional cuisines, a wide selection of Italian wines which, ranging from bubbles, whites, rosés, reds and dessert wines, provided the guests with a tasting of the unparalleled variety and excellence of Italian food and wines.
