HCMC, 21st – 22nd November, 2020 – Two events at Le Square Epicier Fin in HCMC, as part of the Italian Cusine Weeks in Vietnam.
A pizza-pala buffet was organized on 21st November. A nice opportunity to taste the newest trends in gourmet-pizza, with a captivating format and amazing flavours combinations, thanks to the products&equipments by Casa Rinaldi and the ability of chef Nguyen Tan Hoa.
On the following day, a home-made fresh pasta buffet was celebrated at the same place, brought the colors, flavours and textures of the typical Italian Sunday lunch to Saigoner by chef Nguyen Tan Hoa.
