The Consulate General of Italy in Ho Chi Minh City celebrated Contemporary Art Day 2025, the important annual event that promotes and enhances Italian contemporary art in Italy and around the world.
In collaboration with Prof. Hanh Nguyen Thi Ngoc and the students of Italian Studies at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities of Ho Chi Minh City (USSH), a virtual journey was organized to the Museo del Novecento in Milan.
From the halls dedicated to Futurism – with masterpieces by Umberto Boccioni such as Elasticity, Human Body, and Lady Virginia – to the Spatialism of Lucio Fontana, with the famous Spatial Ceiling, Neon Structure, and the renowned “cuts”, students and participants experienced an immersive encounter with Italian art and culture.
This initiative allowed participants to discover firsthand the dynamism and innovation of the great masters of the 20th century and to feel, even from afar, part of contemporary Italian culture.
