The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) offers scholarships to foreign students and Italian citizens residing abroad (IRE) for the Academic Year 2026–2027.
The scholarships are available for the following study, training, and/or research programs at Italian public or legally recognized private institutions:
- Master’s Degree programs (2nd cycle);
- Higher Education in Art, Music, and Dance (AFAM) programs (1st and 2nd cycle);
- PhD programs;
- Research projects;
- Intensive courses in Italian language and culture (“Italophonia” scholarships).

Online applications must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM (Italian time) on March 26, 2026.
