The Consulate General of Italy in Ho Chi Minh City also celebrated the Italian Cuisine Week in the World 2025 in Da Nang, with an evening at SI Dining, in line with the theme of the 10th edition: “Italian cooking: health, culture and innovation.”
Guests enjoyed a fine-dining menu featuring the white truffle of Alba, paired with exceptional Italian wines, in a warm and convivial atmosphere.
