country in Europe, the fifth at a global level, and it is a champion of export mainly in machinery and precision machinery.
To prove the dynamism of our private sector, including its capacity to partner with global counterparts like Vietnam, the Consulate General of Italy in HCMC has the pleasure to launch the initiative Triple I– Italian Imaginative Innovators. A series of conversations with Italian business leaders at the forefront.
First of our series hosted by Consul General of Italy, Dante Brandi with full participants of ambassadors Cecilia Piccioni, Italian-Vietnamese companies and institutions as well as local media, was launched at the Consulate General of Italy on 13th September. The conversation is a one-hour of stimulating and inspiring conversation between Mr. Roberto Pancaldi, CEO of Tenova Metals (leading Italian company in steel/metal/mining machinery) and Ms.Thu Huong Duong, CEO of Forbes Vietnam which gave audiences the picture of a vibrant Italian industrial player and its commitment to the Vietnamese market. It was also an occasion to acknowledge the deepening of the economic ties between Italy and Vietnam and get a better understanding, from the standpoint of an Italian manufacturing player with a worldwide exposure, of the global economic and commercial scenario in times of unpredictability.
