THE DIRECTOR OF ITALIAN AGENCY FOR AID COOPERATION, MR. LUCA MAESTRIPIERI, IN VISIT TO QUANG NAM PROVINCE

Quang Nam, 7-8 January 2020 – Consul General Dante Brandi, along with colleagues from the Embassy and the AICS Office in Hanoi, accompanied the Director of the Italian Cooperation Aid Agency Luca Maestripieri to his fruitful visit and meetings in Quang Nam Province, last 7-8 January. During the visit, the Italian delegation has met with the Chairman of the Quang Nam Province People’s Committee Le Tri Thanh and paid visits to the projects supported by the Italian Cooperation Aid in the area. They are focused on key sectors like health, environment, culture and they include the breathtaking UNESCO heritage site of My Son, where Italy assisted and supported VietNam over the years in archeological activities and training.
