HCMC \u2013 15 SETTEMBRE 2018. Prosegue senza sosta lo sforzo delle massime autorit\u00e0 di Ho Chi Minh City per lo sviluppo dell\u2019iniziativa smart city, che si pone l\u2019obiettivo di trasformare la citt\u00e0 in una Smart City entro il 2025. Sabato 15 settembre si \u00e8 tenuta la terza conferenza dell\u2019ultimo semestre, dopo l\u2019incontro del 28 marzo rivolto al corpo consolare e presieduto dal Presidente del Comitato del Popolo di HCMC, Nguy\u1ec5n Th\u00e0nh Phong, e dopo il seminario internazionale del 28 luglio aperto dalSegretario del partito di Ho Chi Minh City, Nguyen Thien Nhan, durante il quale \u00e8 stata illustrata la pianificazione dei distretti 2, 9 e Thu Duc in un uniconuovo distretto fortemente innovativo.<\/p>\n
La terza conferenza, cui ha partecipato nuovamente anche il Console Generale Dante Brandi, ha delineato dettagliatamente le strategie, gli obiettivi e i benefici che il progetto si pone. La strategia adottata per sviluppare la Smart City \u00e8 quella di identificare i giusti partners per raggiungere obiettivi di sviluppo nei servizi pubblici, attuando politiche specifiche, incoraggiando la partnership tra settore pubblico e privato, promuovendo le start up e la cooperazione internazionale. L\u2019approccio si conferma essere quello di un dialogo aperto al settore privato, all\u2019accademia e agli stakeholder coinvolti.<\/p>\n
Lo impongono le sfide legate alla sostenibilit\u00e0 di una crescita economica prorompente attraverso un’economia di apprendimento digitale, il potenziamento dell’efficienza dell’urban management, il miglioramento della qualit\u00e0 di vita e di lavoro dei cittadini e l’aumento del coinvolgimento al processo partecipativo dei cittadini a livello politico e sociale.<\/p>\n
Inoltre, i benefici diretti che questo progetto apporter\u00e0 ai cittadini di HCMC saranno il miglioramento del sistema di trasposto pubblico, della sanit\u00e0, della sicurezza alimentare, del livello di inquinamento, del controllo del livello del fiume e della sicurezza.<\/p>\n
Il primo passo si configurer\u00e0 attraverso la realizzazione di un data center capace di raccogliere ed elaborare i dati relativi ai numerosi parametri.<\/p>\n
