Nunc est Bibendum: questo il titolo della stimolante e illuminante conversazione sul futuro del vino italiano, la sua penetrazione nei mercati vietnamiti e globali, le tendenze del settore e i gusti del momento, da parte del Sommellier Giuseppe Vaccarini, Presidente dell\u2019Associazione Sommelier Professionisti Italiani, leggenda vivente della sommellerie italiana e internazionale.<\/p>\n

Un viaggio sul successo del vino italiano nel mondo, trainato dal successo della gastronomia italiana nel mondo, ma con radici profonde sul territorio e caratterizzato da una intensa narrazione di eccellenze. Dai paesaggi vitivinicoli dichiarati patrimonio dell\u2019umanit\u00e0 dall\u2019UNESCO come le Langhe – Roero e le colline del prosecco di Conegliano – Valdobbiadene fino ad arrivare ai 600 vitigni autoctoni italiani DOC e DOCG, la conversazione ha confermato la ricchezza e l\u2019articolazione del panorama viticolo italiano. \u201cUna variet\u00e0 che \u00e8 una inestimabile ricchezza\u201d per l\u2019Italia, secondo Vaccarini, vero e proprio fiore all\u2019occhiello del nostro paese che ha raggiunto nel 2018 i 6,2 miliardi di euro di esportazioni raggiungendo quasi il 20% dell\u2019export mondiale.<\/p>\n

Il Console Generale d\u2019Italia Dante Brandi ha moderato l\u2019incontro davanti a un selezionato gruppo di professionisti, importatori del settore e media vietnamiti e internazionali attivi sul mercato locale. La conversazione \u00e8 stata arricchita in conclusione da una cena-degustazione di rinomati vini italiani.<\/p>\n

L\u2019evento, organizzato in collaborazione con ITA-ICE e con ELLE Decoration Vietnam come media partner, ha costituito anche occasione per gettare le basi di un’Associazione Sommelier Vietnamita riconosciuta a livello internazionale grazie al supporto dell’Associazione Sommelier Professionisti Italiana (ASPI).<\/p>\n
