Sono intervenuti il Presidente di ICHAM Michele D\u2019Ercole, l\u2019Executive Chef del Reverie Saigon Giovanni Parrella e il Console Generale d\u2019Italia Dante Brandi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Immergersi nella cucina italiana significa innamorarsi di uno degli ingredienti pi\u00f9 usati e conosciuti in tutto il mondo: l&#8217;olio d&#8217;oliva. Grazie alle sue origini mediterranee, l&#8217;olio d&#8217;oliva \u00e8 stato esportato in tutto il mondo come un&#8217;eccellenza italiana. Tutte le migliori ricette italiane incontrano l&#8217;olio d&#8217;oliva tra i loro ingredienti principalmente perch\u00e9 contribuisce al sapore generale del piatto garantendo un gusto fruttato, a met\u00e0 strada tra il gusto amaro e il piccante.
