Si \u00e8 tenuto venerd\u00ec 11 ottobre 2019 l\u2019evento \u201cTrue Italian Taste<\/strong>\u201d, presso l\u2019hotel \u201cThe Reverie Saigon\u201d, organizzato dal Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico, dalla Camera di Commercio italiana in Vietnam (ICHAM), dall\u2019Associazione delle Camere di Commercio Italiane all\u2019Estero (Assocamerestero) e dal Consolato Generale d\u2019Italia di HCMC.<\/p>\n

L\u2019evento \u201cTrue Italian Taste\u201d ha messo al centro l’olio d’oliva italiano con una serie di attivit\u00e0 interessanti: una presentazione dell\u2019olio Made in Italy autentico IGP e DOP, una master class sull’olio d’oliva e un viaggio nella storia dell’olio d’oliva e, infine, un\u2019autentica esperienza di degustazione italiana. Sono intervenuti il Presidente di ICHAM Michele D\u2019Ercole, l\u2019Executive Chef del Reverie Saigon Giovanni Parrella e il Console Generale d\u2019Italia Dante Brandi.<\/p>\n

Immergersi nella cucina italiana significa innamorarsi di uno degli ingredienti pi\u00f9 usati e conosciuti in tutto il mondo: l’olio d’oliva. Grazie alle sue origini mediterranee, l’olio d’oliva \u00e8 stato esportato in tutto il mondo come un’eccellenza italiana. Tutte le migliori ricette italiane incontrano l’olio d’oliva tra i loro ingredienti principalmente perch\u00e9 contribuisce al sapore generale del piatto garantendo un gusto fruttato, a met\u00e0 strada tra il gusto amaro e il piccante. Ma non \u00e8 solo per il gusto che viene utilizzato nei piatti italiani ma anche perch\u00e9 ha molte altre qualit\u00e0 e propriet\u00e0 benefiche: \u00e8 un antiossidante naturale, fornisce effetti emollienti sulla pelle, un’efficacia emolliente sui capelli ed \u00e8 essenziale per il benessere dell’intestino e dello stomaco.<\/p>\n

L\u2019iniziativa si inserisce nella programmazione della IV edizione della Settimana della Cucina Italiana nel Mondo<\/strong>, in programma dal 18 al 24 novembre 2019, che avr\u00e0 quest\u2019anno, come tema principale, quello della \u201cEducazione alimentare: la cultura del gusto\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
