HCMC, November 27th, 2020 – Feasting with fame. Five Vietnamese celebrities meet eleven protagonists the best Italian cuisine. This is the spirit that animated the show-dinner Feasting with Fame, held at HCMC in the presence of the Consul General of Italy Dante Brandi and reserved for an audience of experts, journalists, food bloggers, operators in the hospitality and catering sector. The five Vietnamese celebrities, singer and actress Minh Hang, fashion-designer Adrian Anh Tuan, singer Thanh Bui, celebrity-chef Luke Nguyen and supermodel Vo Hoang Yen, shared with the audience present in the room and with their followers on social media their passion for five specialties of Italian cuisine: the Aperol Spritz prepared by bartender Emilio Moscati , in the case of Minh Hang; the baccal\u00e0 mantecato prepared by the cooks Giovanni Parrella and Francesco Polito, in the case of Adrian Anh Tuan; Neapolitan ragout gnocchi prepared by chefs Federico Pinzi and Enrico De Martino and master-cheesemaker Andrea Da Gasso, in the case of Thanh Bui; brasato beef prepared by chefs Ivan Barone, Manuel Reale and Alessandro Romoli, in the case of Luke Nguyen; and finally the Tiramisu\u2019 prepared by the pastry-chef Francesco Mino and the master-gelato maker Leonardo Borruso, in the case of Vo Hoang Yen.<\/p>\n

The evening, made possible by the organization of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (ICHAM) was a tribute to Italian cuisine, the lifestyle it represents and the authenticity and excellence of its products. The event highlighted the Italian chefs and specialists skills in the sector: those active all over the world, but also those who suffer the difficulties of the moment in Italy, due to the pandemic. Also thanks to the wide coverage on traditional media and social channels, the event has reached a very large audience, especially among young fans of the Vietnamese celebrities involved, posing as the flagship event of the calendar of The Weeks of Italian Cuisine at HCMC.<\/p>\n
