Within the framework of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ activities aimed at supporting the internationalisation of large companies and promoting the interests of the Italian business system in sectors of strategic importance, the Consul General in HCMC, Alessandra Tognonato, together with representatives of VARD and Fincantieri, participated in an institutional dialogue with local authorities to explore new investment opportunities in this consular district.
VARD Vung Tau is part of the VARD Group, based in Norway and controlled by the Fincantieri Group, one of the world’s leading shipbuilding groups and a strategic player in the Italian industrial system.
