On October 24, 2025, at the opening of the International Scientific Conference on the Teaching of Italian and Spanish Languages in Vietnam, held at the Department of Italian Linguistics and Literature of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities – Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, Consul General Alessandra Tognonato remarked:
