The second masterclass of the Italian Cuisine Weeks in Danang showcased regional recipes from the north-east and north-west of Italy, paired with outstanding Italian wines.

Thanks to chef Alessio Rasom, sommeliers&wine experts Myriam Moretto and Jean Guzun, maestro-gelataio Duong Dang Thanh and the amazing panettone maker Doan Thị Phuong Lan.
