The 7th Edition of the Italian Cuisine Week, promoted by the Italian Government – Ministry of Foreing Affairs – and implemented by the Italian Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City will be held from November 14th to 20th 2022.
This year’s theme “Conviviality, Sustainability and Innovation: the ingredients of Italian cuisine for the health of People and the protection of the Planet“ represents an opportunity to promote the quality of Italian agri-food products; to enhance the values of the Italian sustainable and healthy lifestyle rooted in the Mediterranean Diet and to foster innovation in the agri-tech field in order to rethink our present agri-food systems.
The aim is to highlight the importance of culture for conviviality, to innovate traditions and to put strategic projects related to sustainability at the center of public discourse.
