HCMC, 10 April 2021 - Second appointment of the Italian seminars for students of the Department of Italian Studies, The University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City. The chef Alessio Sortino, with a long international experience and today at the helm of the HCMC vegetarian and organic restaurant The Organik House, gave the students an overview of Italian gastronomy, between ancient and modern flavors.
