“Thuong” by Hoang Hai. Vietnam style and Italian accessories for a fund-raising fashion show, in support of child protection and anti-Covid research.

HCMC, July 6th 2020 – An Italian-Vietnamese partnership in fashion and style will move in support to the Vietnam Child Protection Fund and to the Italian National Institute for Infectious Diseases “Lazzaro Spallanzani”. A fashion show named “Thuong”, by the renowned Vietnamese fashion designer Hoang Hai, will take place next July 18th in HCMC. Mr. Hoang Hai’s creations will be accompanied by accessories from famous Italian brands. The event is aiming at fund-raising in equal support to two beneficiaries: the Child Protection Fund, run by the Vietnamese Ministry of Labor, Invalid and Social Affairs, and the Italian institute “L.Spallanzani” in Rome, which is actively researching on therapies and vaccine against the Covid-19.

Several Vietnamese celebrities will take part to the fashion show, which will be opened by Consul General Dante Brandi. The fashion show is not only a vivid example of Italian-Vietnamese partnership, but also a consistent evidence of the fashion industry commitment on important social issues.
